Psychometric assessments
Understand how you’ve been feeling
Short, trusted questionnaires that help you put words and numbers to what you’re going through — so you can notice patterns, track change, and decide whether to talk to someone.
Free · Private to your account · A screening, not a diagnosis
What is a psychometric assessment?
“Psychometric” simply means measuring the mind. These assessments are carefully designed sets of questions about your thoughts, feelings and habits over a recent period. Because thousands of people have answered the same questions, your answers can be compared with what’s typical — giving you a clearer, calmer view of where you are.
They’re used by therapists at the start of therapy and along the way, to see what’s changing. Taking one yourself is a quiet, private way to check in.
Validated questionnaires
Every assessment here is a published, research-tested questionnaire that doctors and therapists use around the world. The questions and scoring are unchanged.
A starting point, not a label
A screening shows patterns in how you’ve been feeling. It can’t diagnose you — that takes a conversation with a professional — but it can help you decide what to do next.
Saved to your account
Your results are kept in your account so you can notice change over time. You choose whether to share each result with your therapist.

- 3
Understand your result
See what your score means in plain language, and talk it through with a therapist if you’d like.
