About this assessment
The Perceived Stress Scale is the most widely used measure of how stressed people feel. It asks how in control, overloaded or on top of things you've felt recently.
Before you start
- These questions ask about your feelings and thoughts during the last month. For each one, choose how often you felt or thought that way.
- There are no right or wrong answers — go with your first instinct.
- Your answers are saved to your account. You decide whether to share them with your therapist.
This is a screening questionnaire, not a diagnosis. If you’re in crisis, get immediate support.
