About this assessment
The Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale is used around the world to check in on emotional wellbeing during pregnancy and in the year after birth. It can be taken by any parent.
Before you start
- Please choose the answer that comes closest to how you have felt in the past 7 days, not just how you feel today.
- There are no right or wrong answers — go with your first instinct.
- Your answers are saved to your account. You decide whether to share them with your therapist.
This is a screening questionnaire, not a diagnosis. If you’re in crisis, get immediate support.
