About this assessment
The Drug Abuse Screening Test is a short, confidential check on how drug use may be affecting your life. "Drugs" here means any non-medical use of drugs, including prescription medicines not taken as prescribed.
Before you start
- These questions are about the past 12 months. They don't include alcohol or tobacco, or medicines taken as prescribed.
- There are no right or wrong answers — go with your first instinct.
- Your answers are saved to your account. You decide whether to share them with your therapist.
This is a screening questionnaire, not a diagnosis. If you’re in crisis, get immediate support.
