About this assessment
The WHO-5 Wellbeing Index is a short, positively worded check from the World Health Organization. Instead of asking about problems, it asks about the good things.
Before you start
- For each statement, choose the answer that's closest to how you have been feeling over the last two weeks.
- There are no right or wrong answers — go with your first instinct.
- Your answers are saved to your account. You decide whether to share them with your therapist.
This is a screening questionnaire, not a diagnosis. If you’re in crisis, get immediate support.
