About this assessment
The Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test was developed by the World Health Organization. There's no judgement here — it simply helps you see where your drinking sits.
Before you start
- Think about the past year. One drink means a small peg of spirits (30 ml), a small glass of wine, or a regular bottle of beer (330 ml).
- There are no right or wrong answers — go with your first instinct.
- Your answers are saved to your account. You decide whether to share them with your therapist.
This is a screening questionnaire, not a diagnosis. If you’re in crisis, get immediate support.
